Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
You will receive and unload packages, reconciling the number of packages received and inspecting for defects. You will reconcile purchased materials received and compare those to Purchase Orders.
You will manage Vendor/Supplier Relationships. You will demonstrate continuous efforts to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide hight quality, seamless service to the organization.
Qualifications:
Minimum Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year relevant working experience
Other Required:
- Required to work a schedule of Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Familiar with Warehouse Receiving procedures
- Good attention to detail, excellent documentation skills and work well in a group environment
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision and mentorship
- You are a flexible, agile Teammate who can change activities and directions quickly and respond to a variety of assignments and changing business needs
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs and is able to squat, bend, stoop, push, kneel and reach
- Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to work in cold, hot and wet environments
- Possess a valid driver's license allowing you to drive in the state(s) you drive in
- Able to read, write, speak fluently and comprehend the English language
