What you will do
The Recruiter will provide full life-cycle recruiting and sourcing support for a variety of disciplines, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Corporate Functions (G&A). This role will be centered on US roles for New York, and report to the Global Director, Talent Acquisition. Duties will vary, but you can expect to perform the following tasks:
- Source, screen and present talent to hiring managers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, and present realistic strategies to fill vacancies
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate an engaging candidate experience that seamlessly continues through offer and onboarding
- Proactively build, maintain and share talent pipelines for key/frequent roles
- Track and report progress on recruiting activities
What you need
- At minimum 8 years of recruiting experience
- Demonstrated ability to source and maintain engagement with niche talent
- Strong written and verbal communication with both candidates and managers
- Track record of providing a high-touch manager and candidate experience
- Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities
- Strong service orientation, with the ability to engage and partner with managers and candidates at all organizational levels
- Proficiency using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Workday very strongly preferred
Our good faith estimate of the wage range for this role is $35 - 50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors.
This position is for a 3 month period, with the possibility to extend.

This position requires on-site presence at Spellman High Voltage headquarters in Hauppauge, NY.
