Monitors the service environment, analyzes service and operational opportunities, and leverages key performance indicators, business trends and product developments to provide strategic insight and recommendations. Leads strategic projects and manages on-going strategic programs. Contributes to key initiatives by providing strategic, analytical, and financial expertise.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes operational trends, key performance indicators, and service needs to identify key threats and opportunities. Applies various analytical and strategic frameworks to synthesize information, develop reports outlining findings, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that drive business transformation and align with organizational goals. Lead cross-functional teams through execution of projects that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities that improve existing business processes.
- Act as a change champion, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Develop and execute change management plans that ensure smooth transitions during transformational projects. Communicate the vision and the benefits of change initiatives to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Identify and implement governance frameworks to oversee the execution and sustainability of transformation initiatives that support the development and review of the service organizations short and long-term strategies. Identify and mitigate risks associated with business transformation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Establish and maintain documentation standards for all transformation initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability. Conduct regular process inspections to ensure adherence to strategic plans, project timelines, and budget constraints.
- Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the performance and impact of business transformation initiatives. Specify the financial and operational performance realized via implemented changes, ensuring sustained ROI and business value. Provide regular reports to senior leadership regarding progress and outcomes of transformation projects.
- Work closely with Senior Leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives. Guide and support teams involved in transformation projects, fostering collaboration and teamwork. Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused upon building change management capabilities within the organization. Partners with key internal stakeholders across all functional groups to develop and implement solutions based on research and identified opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree - Preferred
- 5 years of experience in Service strategy, program management, or strategic leadership.
- 3+ years of experience in SQL Database Management
- 3+ years of experience in Python System Integration
- Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically. Analytical and influencing/consultation skills required. Ability to create and data analytics, present complex ideas and analyses to others, and lead cross-functional project teams required.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $125,000.00 to $130,000.00 annually plus bonuses. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
